Paytient is a healthcare-focused fintech company on a mission to help people better access and afford care by eliminating cost as a barrier to medical treatment.

Founded in 2018, the company provides interest-free payment solutions for healthcare expenses, partnering with employers and health plans to offer members flexible payment options through products like the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) and Health Payment Account (HPA).

Paytient now serves nearly 6,000 employer health plans, enabling millions of people to pay for doctor visits, medications, and other healthcare services without high-interest debt.

The company believes that an improved ability to self-pay for care changes patient behavior and creates value for health plans, making it an emerging standard in health plan design.
