Proximity Foundation runs structured coding education programs for young people aged 14-18 at Community Care Institutions (CCIs) in Mumbai. The organization uses a computer-based LMS curriculum covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, pairing students with volunteer mentors in cohort-based sessions designed to build real technical skills and lasting confidence. The foundation is scaling from its first cohort to many cohorts within Mumbai while building out its operational team. Their mission focuses on providing technical education and mentorship to underprivileged students to foster both technical competency and personal confidence.
