SSP International, Inc. (SSPI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to excellence in science education. Since 1959, SSPI has operated the Summer Science Program, offering immersive summer research experiences designed to ignite curiosity and inspire lifelong passion for scientific discovery. The organization serves a global network of over 5,000 alumni and is focused on providing transformational opportunities for students to learn, do, and belong in science, with particular emphasis on reaching historically underserved communities. SSPI guides its work through a mission centered on collaboration, community building, and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
