About UX Woman

UX Woman is an educational program that sponsors remote UX apprentices for a 7-month intensive program in UX design and UX research. The program is committed to helping women, immigrants, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals break into tech careers and land six-figure UX jobs. Apprentices work through an end-to-end UX design and research process for a startup idea of their choice, receiving free training and 1:1 mentorship. Alumni graduates typically secure positions in UX design, product design, UX research, or service design roles earning between $85,000 and $130,000.
