As an Account Coordinator you will be the main point of contact for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for day to day client engagement, coordination, platform onboarding, and ad hoc pricing for your clients. You will also work with our team to ensure your clients renew, expand, and increase their contracts with Zeitview. Where applicable, will also work on and manage initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in the sales team’s processes. This position will exist within the customer success team in the sales department, and report to the Director of Customer Success. This position is remote within Brazil.
Responsibilities:
Opportunity Operations
Site onboarding, confirmations, and timeline support for assigned accounts and opportunities
Enable operational execution of sales opportunities for assigned accounts
Account Management:
Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all inbound client inquiries
Manage and close ad hoc opportunities for assigned accounts
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling to hand off to the sales team
Customer Success:
Understand clients' business needs and objectives to effectively serve their needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Clearly communicate product updates, enhancements, and new offerings to clients
Plan and execute customer touchpoints, and QBRs for managed accounts
Product and Services Deployment
Support clients with platform onboarding, access, and training
Ensure deliverables are executed on scope and schedule for managed opportunities
Additional Sales Support
Providing ad hoc support for sales operations related activities as they come up, including but not limited to reporting, product launches, and sales process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.)
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Able to problem-solve with support
Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks with support
Organized and detail oriented
Works well in cross functional teams.
Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel, as well as good data management practices
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a bonus
Bonus points if you have experience with:
Have an engineering/technical/mechanical background and/or work experience
Logistics and field operations experience; tell us how you have worked effectively to lead a team to achieve a goal
Languages (French/Spanish are strong assets. Japanese, Mandarin, Hindi, or German are a plus)
Programming or advanced spreadsheet knowledge - this position will not require coding, however you will be expected to work closely with our developers to communicate and test improvements to the system
A basic understanding of how to troubleshoot an electrical system
