ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Digital Ox is an award winning INC 5000 fastest growing company and the ‘go-to’ growth digital marketing firm for Dentist, Chiropractors, and Medical Doctors across the United States. Our team of over 40+ skilled professionals takes a done-for-you marketing approach to service our doctor partners called the “Automated Patient System ™”.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. We Manage our partner doctors online advertising on Facebook, Instagram & Google to generate qualified leads
  2. Our in-house appointment setting team then directly receives these inbound leads. We proceed to call, qualify, pre-sell, and schedule these leads into appointments…our clients love this!
  3. We then coach our clients on the best patient care strategies, sales processes, and business operations so they can grow sustainably

ROLE DETAILS:

LOCATION: Remote

YOUR IMPACT:

As an account executive, you will be converting inbound and outbound leads into new clients for Digital Ox.

This role is vital. Without new clients coming into our ecosystem every week…there is no growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consultative sales at a high-level
  • Lead nurturing and follow up
  • End of day reports
  • On process with CRM management
  • Proactive communication
  • Proper lead qualification
  • Constant sales education on podcast / books

EXPECTATIONS:

  • 70% show up rate
  • 70% demo to close ratio
  • 20+ clients per month or $60,000 added MRR
  • Efficiency with CRM
  • Reports / stat sheets updated daily
  • Culture fit

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years Proven zoom sales experience in B2B, B2C outbound, or inside sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong zoom presence.
  • A competitive spirit and a drive to excel.
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency. We LOVE Slack!
  • A commitment to meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • 5+ years of sales CRM Experience
  • Coachable mentality

**Experience is the dental / medical field huge plus

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 / month, commensurate with experience

**Your total earnings will include a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and bonuses. Your drive and sales performance will directly influence your total compensation.

**Earnings Potential:

If you're Average: Earn up to $100,000 and you won’t make it.

If you're Good: Reach up to $125,000

If you're Great: Achieve $150,000+
