What You’ll Be Doing

ProArch is seeking an Account Manager who is customer-centric, ambitious, and adept at understanding and effectively communicating the value of IT services. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in sales, particularly in selling and servicing managed IT services, support services, security services, and data-related solutions. The ideal candidate will take a consultative approach, leveraging their expertise to guide clients toward solutions that align with their business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, prioritizing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and IT needs, with a focus on managed services, support services, security services, and data-related solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on how technology can drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts by identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Manage the sales process for new business opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Serve as an active member of the "Transfer to Operations" when a Managed Solutions client is brought on.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities and opportunities in CRM software.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status, activity, and forecasts.
  • Run sales campaigns out of HubSpot.

Requirements

Your skills are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or account management, with a focus on selling and servicing managed IT services, support services, security services, and data-related solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and address customer needs
  • Consultative approach to sales, with a focus on understanding and addressing client challenges

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a technical sales or support role is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
