We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Volume Hiring team at ProArch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring processes and ensuring the timely recruitment of qualified candidates to meet our business needs.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Volume Hiring, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to identify staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews and assessments. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all parties involved.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies for volume hiring
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit with the organization
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including managing logistics and providing timely feedback to candidates
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements when conducting recruitment activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners to enhance the candidate experience
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to efficiently track and manage candidate information
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the volume hiring process
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and progress
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in volume recruiting

Your Skills/Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably with expertise in volume hiring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of volume hiring strategies and best practices
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience in volume hiring and strong knowledge of best practices

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
