The Client Services/Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of admissions, utilization review, and benefits verification is crucial.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Weekly or bi-weekly calls with facilities to discuss A/R and go over any questions from the past week. An agenda from the week prior will be sent before the call.
- Out of network rate quotes (Estimated daily rate per policy and estimates given on days authorized based on our data). Any real time questions on VOB’s.
- Weekly reporting for all facilities to have paid to subscriber payments.
- Weekly reporting on what insurance has paid to the facility directly.
- Provide facility with weekly billing census report (sent over by billing to the Account Manager).
- Provide any feedback on claims/payments/questions facilities have in-between scheduled calls.
- Sending facilities any missing information prohibiting our medical records team to send out medical records.
- At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health account management, client services or revenue management.
