About the role:

We are looking for a relationship building-oriented Account Manager whose primary goal is the growth of revenues, client retention, and satisfaction. As a part of the Account Management team, you will act as a long-term ally and, hopefully, a trusted consultant for our existing and potential clients. By constantly learning what the clients’ needs are, you will help them in developing mutual business opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Be the first point of contact for the clients, build strong relationships with them. Communicate client’s feedback, needs and expectations to the internal teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans that align with both the client’s goals and the agency’s capabilities.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of the projects (branding, rebranding, marketing campaigns, print, digital, events), ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Proactively create and identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to current clients.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly sales reviews and reports, monitoring open purchase orders and remaining budgets, and consistently tracking progress.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by the clients promptly, work with the internal team to resolve these problems and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or a Client Partner in creative, branding, advertisement, or similar agencies
  • You have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth within a client service or agency environment
  • You have experience of working in an international environment with corporate clients
  • You are a strong negotiator and a great communicator with an aptitude for building professional relationships
  • You are good at strategic planning, budget management and problem solving.
  • You are fluent in English (level C1)
