Role
Account Manager (Key Account Manager) (Remote)
Required Education
University degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience selling complex IT projects to clients in the public and private sectors.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels, including IT, procurement, and business units.
Ability to influence, generate demand, adopt a consultative sales approach, and build trust with clients.
Ability to build long-term relationships.
Demonstrable experience in consultative selling and business development, including the public sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Knowledge of technology solutions and IT services.
Desirable Qualifications
Specific knowledge of the Public Sector.
Additional training in sales techniques.
Previous experience marketing management solutions to Public Administrations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the designated area.
Manage the sales cycle of our solutions from start to finish: prospecting, consultative analysis, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct presentations, functional demos, visits, and actively follow up on proposals.
Identify needs within the installed base and promote cross-selling of the Sixtema portfolio.
Support, advise, and guide clients and potential clients throughout the entire process.
Stay up to date on our solutions, the competition, and trends in the public sector.
Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and daily activities using CRM and collaborative tools.
Participate in tenders and administrative processes in accordance with our internal procedures.
