- Retrieves journal entries credited and debited to the unclaimed property liability accounts monthly.
- Adds the supporting documentation for the transactions posted to the unclaimed property accounts.
- Retrieves the cash analysis out of FSM for unclaimed property accounts and compares the credits and debits to the journal entries received from Finance including cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, claims, and payroll.
- Enters checks into unclaimed property spreadsheets by legal entity monthly. Checks are removed or added to unclaimed property spreadsheets based on the transaction details.
- Completes RITA ticket to request from the Data Warehouse or MHC Informatics for unclaimed property check information details.
- Enters all check information received from the Data Warehouse or MHC Informatics into the unclaimed property spreadsheets.
- Assists the Tax Accountant II-Unclaimed Property with due diligence letters and responses as received.
