About the Role:

As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Operations team by managing recruitment coordination tasks and executing various operational tasks across the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role combines traditional recruiting coordination responsibilities with additional duties focused on enhancing operational excellence. This role will appeal to candidates who are great at prioritizing and are interested in the operations and program side of Talent Acquisition.

This is a hybrid position based out of San Francisco, CA with an in-office requirement of 2-3 days a week; the amount of days is dependent on the # of physical on-sites which will require your presence.

Impact You'll Own:

  • Work directly with Talent Partners, hiring teams and candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm multi-stage interviews, including phone screens, video calls and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate travel, as well as meet and greet candidates in person at our San Francisco office.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and resolving candidate inquiries regarding their interviews throughout the interview process.
  • Identify opportunities and improvements to streamline and optimize the coordination processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with managing and executing the Intern Program in collaboration with Talent Operations.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination
  • 1+ years of experience with Goodtime and Greenhouse
  • 1+ years of experience working with a global talent team
  • 1+ years working on a Talent Operations team
  • Experience scheduling candidates both physical on-sites and remote interviews
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service mindset
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the recruiting process
  • Experience with Slack, Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Zoom, or similar

  • Experience or exposure to intern or early career programs
  • Experience with creating and delivering training
  • Experience working and partnering with the Talent organization on Talent Operations projects to improve processes that align with business objectives
  • Experience working with interview training programs, and interview load balancing

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location. The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
