Responsibilities
- System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Acumatica ERP systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating smooth adoption and usage of the ERP system across departments.
- Project Management: Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to leverage Acumatica’s features for improved efficiency and productivity.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system; oversee data migrations and integrations with other software solutions.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking across the organization.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that the ERP system adheres to industry regulations and company policies, particularly in relation to cannabis manufacturing standards.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with Acumatica and third-party vendors for system support, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of ERP specialists and collaborate with IT to align ERP strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing ERP systems, particularly Acumatica, in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience with a focus on ERP implementation and upgrades.
- Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools.
