How you will create an impact
- Handling a portfolio of 373 claims for Casualty products, 49 SME LFL products and 860 Financial Lines products.
- To include adjudicating a portfolio of Casualty and Financial Lines claims.
- Core activities would include working closely with legal vendors including solicitors and monitoring performance, in handling litigation cases, engaging with policyholders, insureds, brokers and agents on the progress of each claim, monitor and report on any loss trends/ insights and negotiate direct settlement with third-party / third-party legal representatives in a pro-active manner, manage new incoming claims and to ensure claims are in line with Best Practice standards.
- Ensuring timely movement of reserves are performed. To ensure coverage responses with the relevant stakeholders are delivered.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Relevant experience from insurance or broker.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Good communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
