Responsibilities
- Master the intricacies of monthly credit card batch processing using multiple platforms
- Conduct thorough reviews of credit card transactions, ensuring perfect alignment across systems

- Execute timely and accurate monthly batch submissions

Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Proficiency in accounting software, with Sage experience being a significant advantage
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent data interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Background in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
