Responsibilities
- Operate state-of-the-art predictive dialer systems to efficiently connect with a high volume of potential clients
- Engage in compelling conversations that convert calls into qualified appointments for our expert sales team
- Master our Salesforce CRM to manage and update crucial customer information, ensuring seamless follow-ups
- Provide empathetic and crystal-clear communication, especially when interacting with older demographics
- Skillfully handle objections and provide insightful answers about our groundbreaking ADU offerings
- Maintain an impressive call-to-conversion ratio, directly contributing to our company’s rapid expansion
- Implement strategies to improve our speed-to-lead response, staying ahead in a competitive market
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights to enhance our outreach processes
- Adapt to evolving processes, such as the potential implementation of live transfers, as we scale our operations
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural flair for empathy and clarity
- Sales and appointment setting experience a MUST with background in real estate
- Proven track record with predictive dialer systems and high-volume calling environments
- Proficiency in CRM management, with Salesforce experience being a significant advantage
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in diverse customer interactions
- A patient and respectful demeanor, particularly when engaging with senior citizens
- Basic understanding of real estate or home improvement concepts (preferred but not required)
- College degree in marketing or a related field (preferred but not required)
