Administrador(a) Jira

At Be.Change we are looking for an Administrator / Specialist to design and configure solutions in Jira Software and Jira Service Management, translating business needs into workflows, automations and configurations. Act with autonomy in medium complexity requirements and escalate strategic or governance definitions to the team.

Tareas

• Diseñar e implementar workflows en Jira Software y/o Jira Service Management.

• Manage project schemes, fields, screens, permissions and notifications.

• Develop automations using Jira Automation.

• Create dashboards, reports and advanced filters with JQL.

• Document implemented solutions and train users when necessary.

• Propose continuous improvements oriented towards efficiency, automation and process compliance.

Requisitos

• 1 to 2 years of experience administering Jira.

• Experience designing workflows from scratch for different business areas.

• Experience in Jira Cloud.

• Experience in requirements gathering and process improvement.

Technical knowledge and methodologies:

• Jira Software y Jira Service Management.

• JQL, dashboards y reportes.

• Jira Automation.

• Scrum, Kanban and ITSM (Incidents, Requests, Problems and Changes).

• Assets / CMDB
