Job Description

Trilogy Federal provides financial management, information technology (IT) consulting, program management services, and strategic consulting to federal agencies. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will serve in a multi-faceted role on a federal project. Duties will vary from scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on action items. This individual will be an important part of the greater team supporting our customer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, preferably within a federal environment. Please note this position is contingent upon award (expected September/October 2024)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages meeting logistics (planning and coordination) and prepares agendas, compiles minutes, and tracks action items.
  • Prepares program documentation including but not limited to funding requests, memorandums, SOPs, and communication artifacts.
  • Performs data entry, filing, and reproduction of written material.
  • Prepares project documentation, including reports and graphical presentations.
  • Applies familiarity with specialized and technical terminology to proofread and edit documents.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting clients
  • Ability to pass a low-level background investigation (Public Trust Clearance)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in requirements
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strength of character, ethics, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting is a plus
  • Experience with federal contracting or government clients
  • Work experience with the Dept of Veterans Affairs
