Living Proof is seeking a Brand Manager. This position is responsible for working with the team on new product development and product launch processes, packaging development, concept & claims development, consumer testing, messaging strategy, promotional strategy, pricing strategy, launch forecasting, performance and analytics. Living Proof is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Affiliate Coordinator to manage day-to-day affiliate activities for LivingProof.com. This includes sourcing new influencers, negotiating offers and driving revenue. The Affiliate Coordinator will assist the eCommerce team in growing our digital business globally. The position is full-time.

  • Evaluate influencers' content, engagement metrics, and audience demographics to identify and recruit revenue-driving partners
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with affiliate influencers and talent agencies, nurturing them to maximize their potential and performance
  • Collaborate with DTC, Influencer and Consumer Marketing teams to create compelling campaigns tailored to affiliate influencers
  • Coordinate product sampling to affiliate influencers
  • Create affiliate calendar to align with the eCommerce calendar
  • Manage and grow our Rakuten program
  • Monitor daily and monthly sales to hit affiliate revenue goals
  • Use Google Analytics to evaluate performance and opportunities for improvements
  • Assist with site QA on new development initiatives to support the eCommerce team
  • Manage TikTok and Meta shops programs including sourcing shops creators and content
  • Work closely with consumer marketing, finance and operations teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ecommerce or other relevant fields for a consumer brand
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and conversion optimization techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit influencers who drive conversions, preferably with a portfolio of successful collaborations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with influencers and talent agencies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing practices to inform decision-making
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as LTK, Rakuten, ShopMy, etc. is a plus.
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Must be passionate about online shopping and social media
  • Should love learning new software applications and online tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
