Requirements:
4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets.
Experience working in a product company.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to effectively use analytics for decision-making.
Ability to calculate campaign profitability and optimize performance based on data.
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with partners at different levels.
Budget and cost management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Attract new partners to develop and scale the existing affiliate programme.
Analyse SEO sites to determine the most profitable positions and traffic acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
Day-to-day communication with affiliates to discuss existing and create future campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance, calculate profitability, and take action to maximise affiliate performance.
Manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and budgeted expenses.
Manage the process of creating the necessary creative materials (banners, landing pages, etc.).
Optimise costs to achieve maximum impact within the affiliate programme.
