To excel in this role, previous experience in travel technical support or technical systems management is a must, along with active listening skills, the ability to adapt and respond to various communication styles, and a talent for researching and solving unusual problems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective multitasking and time management abilities are also essential.

Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members in the Corporate pathway
- Consult with Corporate pathway members to help them identify growth opportunities for their businesses by understanding WorldVia products and programs, implementation processes and requirements, and industry knowledge of corporate travel
- Scope and project manage Corporate pathway member product implementations (e.g. implementing Concur online booking within a member's business)
- Serve as the interface between members and the Travel Technology team
- Prioritize and escalate member issues to the relevant WorldVia teams
- Partner with Member Success for front-line issue resolution
- Assist Travel Technology team with defining Mid-office and automation requirements.
- Mentor and encourage Corporate Pathway agency members
- Develop and execute tactical corporate pathway training
- Be the champion of the corporate product pathway, promoting its advantages and possibilities for growth
- Accountable for driving corporate pathway revenue growth
- Evaluate member’s GDS competency upon request
- Conduct training for GDS agents as needed
Requirements
- 10+ years in the travel industry
- Strong travel industry knowledge, with an emphasis on corporate/air travel
- Expert GDS user (Sabre or Travelport required, multi-GDS including Amadeus preferred)
- Experience with travel technology product implementation (online booking tools, duty of care, reporting, mid-office, and back-office)
- Experience with Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, researching, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of communication styles and with all levels of internal/external contacts
