We're looking for an Agency Partnerships Manager to join our Revenue team. We’ve built a Headless Website Builder that is used by thousands of companies around the world. Creative developers use Prismic to build modern websites and make them easily editable by marketing teams. We've built a trust-based selling culture focused on building long-term relationships.
The Agency Partnerships Team is tasked with creating mutual success for Prismic, our agency partners, and customers to fuel Prismic's next growth stage. As Agency Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing productive relationships that maximize referrals coming from your territory.

- The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in Partnerships Management / Business Development roles in high-growth SaaS/PaaS companies.
- Expertise in selling highly technical solutions and an understanding of MACH architecture are preferred.
- This is a territory-builder role, engaging prospective new partners with whom Prismic can establish foundations for this next growth phase.
- Experience opening the US market for an international SaaS company is a big plus.
- Experience and familiarity in incorporating AI technologies into their tasks and workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
What will you be doing? 🔧
Partnership Development Focus:
Bring a robust existing network of relationships in the GSI Web Development Agency landscape and proactively identify, prospect, and sign new strategic partnerships.
Prioritize existing relationships with leading Web Development agencies critical to regional growth, becoming the face of Prismic in these strategic collaborations.
Opportunity Generation:
Collaborate with agencies to identify and drive new business opportunities, leveraging the strengths of Prismic's CMS solutions and unique position in the market.
Strategically incentivize partners, finding creative solutions through lead sharing and co-marketing opportunities to maximize agency referrals.
Strategic Alignment:
Deeply understand the needs and business models of prospective and partner agencies, aligning Prismic's offerings to ensure mutual growth and success.
Take a consultative approach to building trust and creating Prismic agency champions. Be confident and comfortable articulating complex solutions in a compelling manner to all levels of individuals, from developers to directors.
Training Enablement:
Manage a tailored enablement program for prospective partners in your region, serving as the primary liaison between Prismic and partner agencies and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed with Prismic.
Market Analysis:
Continuously monitor your region's competitive landscape and industry trends, positioning Prismic as the preferred choice for agencies while gathering insights to refine our partnership approach.
