Job Description/ Responsibilities;
- Identifying prospects in the region, cultivating and growing them within strict timelines;
- Sign up for new universities/ partners for our Work Integrated Learning Programs;
- Shall be responsible for student enrollment for partner universities for the said programs;
- Ability to forecast, drive and achieve sales, revenue and growth in the region;
- Understand the requirements/gaps in colleges/institutions and provide solutions;
- Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on value-based selling;
- Follow the complete sales cycle from Prospecting to Deal closure within defined timelines;
- Keeping track of new product lines, competition, and industry trends;
- Utilize CRM to provide timely and accurate sales forecast, activities and status updates;
- Appoint team as per requirement, train and empower them to convert sales;
- Ability to independently engage and handle the top management/decision makers of prospective institutions/clients.
Requirements
- Graduates with MBA will be preferred;
- 12-15years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in Institutional / B2B Sales in the Higher Education / Ed Tech industry is a must;
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills with Presentation skills;
- Ability to influence stakeholders and create successful outcomes;
- Strong team building and people management skills;
- Must have strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google sheets, CRMs;
- A team player who can integrate and raise the bar for the existing sales team;
- Innovative and a Growth Mindset is a must.
