Who we seek:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern for our Alliances team, reporting to the Senior Director of Technology Alliances. Our team works remotely and supports our most strategic partnerships across technology, service and resell providers. As an Alliances Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the alliance function, including marketing, deal registration, meeting management, lead progression, and schedule coordination. Our ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience or a strong interest in marketing, sales, or business development and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an emphasis on attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist the Partner Marketing team in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Help track and follow up on registered opportunities to keep them moving through the sales process.
  • Manage calendars specific to scheduling account team introductions between our sales reps and partners.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and the Alliances team to ensure leads from partner-led webinars and conferences are being touched and progressed.
  • Support the scheduling of calls between our sales reps, the Alliances team, and partners, following up on action items.

What you’ll bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong interest in the cybersecurity and technology industry.

This is a 10-week paid internship starting on June 4th and ending on August 9th, working up to 35 hours per week. Hourly pay for this role ranges from $15/hr - $17/hr.
