Position: Amazon Specialist
We are hiring a skilled Amazon Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our product listings on Amazon to increase sales and visibility. You will work closely with our team to ensure all listings are competitive, well-presented, and aligned with Amazon’s best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload, edit, and maintain product listings on Amazon.
- Conducted daily account health checks and resolved any account-related issues.
- Perform regular audits on product listings to ensure optimization in product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details.
- Create and manage product variations and virtual bundles.
- Assist with online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, listing optimization, and product launches.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and Best Seller Rank research to maximize visibility on Amazon.
- Stay current with Amazon’s best practices, trends, and updates.
- Assist other departments with relevant tasks when needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with Amazon.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level).
- Proficiency in Excel, including using filters, v-lookups, and pivot tables.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
- Ability to stay highly organized and manage multiple tasks.
- A fast learner who is proactive and capable of solving problems independently.
- Creative and inventive, always seeking to streamline processes and suggest new ideas.
- Willing to work for a single employer exclusively.
Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not required):
- Experience with Helium10, Data Dive, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience with Amazon SEO, product launches, and eCommerce optimization tools.
