POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Analyst, Business Onboarding to assist with the company’s growth efforts. As an Analyst, Business Onboarding, you will play a key role in managing the onboarding process for our company’s new and existing business relationships. This position requires a strong understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, ensuring all engagements are compliant with global regulations and internal policies. Your expertise will support our strategic initiatives by facilitating compliant, efficient, and effective partnerships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full onboarding workflow with external partners, such as brokers, market makers, banks, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as business, compliance, finance, and operations to synchronize onboarding efforts with broader company policies and business needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of all onboarding documentation, communication with counterparties, and process workflows.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Respond to inquiries from counterparties regarding onboarding procedures and requirements.
- Propose and implement improvements to onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Regularly update management on the progress, challenges, and successes within the onboarding framework.
- Monitor and report on relevant changes in KYC and AML regulations that could impact the company’s onboarding strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in KYC, AML, or a similar role, ideally within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to KYC and AML.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in financial services, fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Fluency in English
