We are looking for an experienced AR Accountant to join our team! As an AR Accountant you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer accounts, performing collections efforts, recording incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an AR aging
- Manage AR inbox and resolve client questions timely
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding AR
- Find and contact clients (email/phone/etc) about overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Counter disputes/resolve client questions
- Report on collection performance
- Reconcile AR, expert payables, refunds, bad debt
- Assist with Paro Marketplace performance operations
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- NetSuite experience a plus
- Experience in a customer facing role a plus
