Responsibilities:

  • Technical and Disciplinary Management Responsibility for Sales Area: Lead and oversee the sales area north from both a technical and managerial perspective for our professional cleaning solutions.

  • Implementation of Sales Strategies for our B&B Business: Collaborate with the team to execute the defined sales strategies.

  • KPI-Driven Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to superiors.

  • Goal-Oriented Planning and Revenue Targets: Set corporate goals and define sales and revenue targets, taking responsibility for achieving them.

  • Team Leadership and Motivation: Lead and motivate the sales team within the Northern area.

Qualifications:

  • You have a proven track record in sales and are knowledgeable about sales strategies.

  • You already have experience leading and managing teams.

  • You are a strong communicator and can successfully handle negotiations.

  • You can analyze data and make strategic decisions.

  • You are familiar with our industry (professional cleaning business) and have built a valuable network.
