Partner with the best

As ARMO Manager (d/f/m) you will developing an operational annual-plan for own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

As an ARMO Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and requirements within the ARMO team as well as promoting and contributing to HSE culture

  • Being the primary link between Service Delivery and ARMO

  • Prioritizing and assigning workload within the team as per demand from Service Delivery

  • Supervising of staff, allocation and pre-approval of overtime when required, payroll approvals, leave requests, absence management, HSE investigations, employee development.

  • Contributing to the continual improvement of processes and procedures throughout the ARMO process

  • Ensuring that the team perform tasks and duties in line with all ARMO policies and procedures

  • Leading the team to ensure all ARMO expectations are being met; HSE, Quality, Digital Tools productivity and efficiency

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have successfully completed your studies in mechanic

  • Have significant experience in an oilfield services workshop environment including leading a dynamic team

  • Have proficient IT skills such as Microsoft Office and SAP

  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams

  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously

  • Have the ability to travel up to 10-15% as needed.

  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
