Job Description

THIS POSITION IS REMOTE AND WE WELCOME CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE US.

The Associate Director's role is managerial, but also one of agency leadership. As an Associate Director, you will oversee the data collection and analysis operations of our client's business. You will work with the planning and activation teams to ensure that the right measurement strategies are in place and the proper data intelligence protocols are followed. You will oversee the quality and timeliness of work being done for the client. You will cultivate senior relationships within the agency and with clients. You will report to the Director, Analytics.

Qualifications

Data Analysis and Execution:

  • You will partner with the team to create an appropriate measurement strategy for each campaign
  • You will consult with client on proprietary tools, vendors and/or third party ad serving technologies to report and analyze clients' post analysis data and manage these vendors on a project basis
  • You will understand and adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients' digital media strategies

Client & Internal Relationships:

  • You will build trusting collaborative relationships with clients of all levels and maintain senior client relationships
  • You will represents the client's point of view when reviewing work, leverage this perspective when providing feedback to team and presenting to client
  • You will invest time to investigate opportunities for providing better Client support
  • You will ensure collaboration among all Agency departments

Strategic Thinking & Leadership:

  • You will have experience with media analytics, reporting, and measurement
  • You will have high attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • You will understand or be willing to learn about Brand Lift Studies, Search Lift, and Linear TV Activation
  • You will have strong client facing experience, able to decipher both strategic and data related client asks
  • You will manage one direct report

Experience Required:

  • You will have a Bachelor's Degree (MBA in marketing and/or advanced statistics a plus).
  • You will have at least 3 years' experience in analytics field(s).
  • You will understand MMM data provision, validation, and insight generation
  • You will have knowledge of both Digital Channels (Online Display/Radio/Video, Social) and Traditional Media (TV, OOH)
  • You will have familiarity with Tableau and SQL
  • You will have familiarity with reporting platforms (DCM, DV360, Meta, Adobe, Tradedesk, iSpot, etc.)
  • You will have experience with the latest trends and developments in post analysis.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
