We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to support the development and growth of HuntWise, our in-field hunting mobile app. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of curiosity, desire for iterative learning, and a commitment to growing as a product professional.
As the Associate Product Manager, you will assist product leadership in developing the product roadmap, gathering requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver key features and enhancements. This role will report directly to the Sr. Product Manager for HuntWise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist product leadership in defining and communicating the product roadmap for our in-field hunting mobile app.
- Help gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Learn and support the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Help monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for growth.
- Support market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
- Assist in coordinating product launches, marketing campaigns, and user acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Provide support for customer feedback, feature requests, and support escalations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in product management, project management, or software development.
- Experience supporting agile development methodologies and and product teams.
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and knowledge of project management tools (like Jira, ClickUp).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
