Our Sales Engineers work alongside our Account Executives to spread the Seismic word and close deals with some of the most important brands on the planet. But they can’t do it alone. Our Global Presales Services (GPS) team is the special sauce for success behind the scenes.
As an Associate Sales Engineer on the GPS team, you will constantly be exposed to new technologies and have the opportunity to hone your skills with some of the best in the business as mentors. You will work with the field SEs to help them stand up demo tenants and craft new assets for the software demonstrations they provide. GPS is a great place to develop your career as a technical professional and can help you get a great start on the career path of Sales Engineer.

What You Will Do:
- Drive story development from idea to reality across multiple industries and product lines, creating repeatable demo assets and custom demonstrations.
- Build and maintain Seismic’s demo environment and tools for the GTM organization.
- Work closely with SEs, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure demos meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Assist SEs in performing complex demos and conducting requirements analysis for prospects.
- Become an expert on Seismic Platform and assist SEs with questions about new releases.
- Monitor email and Slack channels and respond as necessary.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 1+ years in a prospect or customer-facing role.
- Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Innovative approach to creating effective and engaging product demonstrations.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
- Passion to take ownership and drive change in a constantly evolving environment.
- Knowledge of Seismic Platform or CRM Systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Industry knowledge of our key markets (Technology, Financial Services, or Manufacturing) is a plus.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
