Job Description

At Quantcast, we're redefining what's possible in digital advertising. As a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI, we help marketers connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web. Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career.
We are hiring for an Associate Sales Manager working across our major agency patch, from our London office. In this role, you will be part of the sales drive of Quantcast’s managed service offerings and self-serve platform across the UK, pitching to agencies based in London. Once fully ramped, you’ll be responsible for pre-sales qualification, sales strategy, negotiation, all the way through to final implementation.
This is a really unique opportunity for someone to have a huge impact on Quantcast’s success in the UK and accelerate their sales career!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own a sales strategy in conjunction with your manager across a specific group of media agencies in the UK.
  • Effectively present Quantcast’s capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards team KPIs and targets.
  • Support your team with outreach, proactive proposals, forecasting and any other tasks that will help the team achieve their revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 1-2 years of work experience in media/advertising landscape.
  • An ability and desire to source and pitch to prospects and clients, asking great discovery questions to find out what it is the client needs.
  • Interpersonal skills - you’re a confident communicator and are able to quickly build rapport with others.
  • A prepositive, can do attitude, but above all you’ll be a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

At Quantcast, we craft offers that reflect your unique skills, expertise, and geographic location. On top of a competitive salary, this position includes eligibility for a performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Depending on your location, this may include hybrid work flexibility, generous vacation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement plans. Work Your Way.Flexibility is at the heart of our hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home two days a week and collaborate with your team in the office the rest of the time. Need more freedom? All hybrid employees can enjoy two fully remote weeks each year or, if eligible, apply for our fully remote work program. Your hiring manager will guide you on specifics based on your location and team.
