Job Description

Here’s a quick video introduction to our company.

Welcome to Atelier Wealth! Before we get into the specifics of our job opportunity, let’s tell you a bit about who we are and what we stand for.

The story of Atelier Wealth began when Aaron and Bernadette found themselves in Hanoi, Vietnam, enjoying some cold beers during their honeymoon. At that time, Bernadette was working in Human Resources and Aaron was a Marketing Manager.

As they discussed their career goals and family plans, they realised that New York wasn't where they wanted to end up. When Bernadette suggested that Aaron become a mortgage broker, it sparked the beginning of a new journey. Aaron left his job and started his transition from marketing to mortgage broking.

After six months of hard work and the business starting to gain traction, Bernadette decided to join Atelier Wealth. Soon after, Bernadette's brother, Damien Walker, joined the team, bringing a new dynamic. Aaron and Bernadette's skills complemented each other well, leading to the growth and success of Atelier Wealth.

Some of our key achievements include moving from Sydney to establish our Thirroul office, witnessing the growth and development of our fantastic team members, and expanding our presence to the Philippines, where we had the opportunity to meet our team in 2022. However, our most significant achievement has been the positive impact we've had on countless Australians who trusted us with their home-buying and investment property journeys.

At Atelier Wealth, we believe that property is a great way to create and maintain wealth across generations. Our mission has always been to help our clients build lasting wealth that benefits not only them, but also future generations.

Today, Atelier Wealth stands as a multi-award-winning mortgage brokerage firm, renowned for its dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence. We pride ourselves on our ability to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

But our success wouldn't be possible without our incredible team. We're a group of passionate professionals driven by the desire to help others achieve their goals. Together, we work tirelessly to make a positive impact in the world of finance.

If you're ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful work that transforms lives, Atelier Wealth could be the perfect fit for you. Join us as we continue to make waves in the mortgage brokerage industry and help our clients achieve their dreams!

Joining us as a Credit Analyst means becoming an essential part of our Scenarios Team, assisting our Mortgage Brokers by examining income, liabilities, and completing servicing calculators. In this role, you will:

📦 Utilise your knowledge of credit policies to shortlist lender options and outline interest rates and fees.

🖥️ Crunch the numbers to determine the client’s borrowing capacity and devise the best structure for a loan application.
