Thomas Cox is an entrepreneur and owner of several businesses that include; Mealfit and Table & Thyme Catering in Birmingham, Alabama; a wedding planning business, Weddings Costa Rica; an Airbnb property on Weiss Lake called Walcox Point, and Cox Capital Real Estate, which buys Multi-Family Real Estate, Single Family homes and Private Money lending.

As an Executive Assistant, the purpose is to support the owner and administrator in achieving enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in their operations. This entails the optimization of tasks and research, with the potential for additional responsibilities as the role evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

๐Ÿงพ Assisting with daily tasks, including email management, attending meetings through Google Meet or Zoom, and tracking vending sales.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Creating event signage and graphics for marketing materials

๐Ÿ“‘ Preparing travel itineraries and designing travel-related graphics

๐Ÿ’ผ Managing video posting, influencer outreach, and conducting research, including creating graphics for social media and promotional content

๐Ÿ“Š Conducting business and real estate research

๐Ÿ“ฆ Managing podcast communications, including creating visual assets like cover art and episode thumbnails.

๐Ÿ’ผ Reviews follow-up

๐Ÿ“ฆ Managing Short-Term Rental (STR) properties, including guest communication, booking management, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Working Hours โฐ: This is a full-time position, and the working hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM CET.

โœ… Proficiency in using Google Docs and Spreadsheets.

โœ… Familiarity with Active Campaign, Canva, Pinterest, and Gmail.
