We are currently seeking a Automation Anywhere Support to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving complex product issues
- Documents sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues
- Experience in developing / Supporting the Automation Anywhere bots
- Test, organize and report the progress of on-going issues on regular basis
- Prepare and summarize customer input/comments on product features/capabilities for product marketing and planning
- Having an understanding/experience in Power Apps/Automate bot support is preferred
- Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 4+ years of development experience on Automation Anywhere
- Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures
Preferences:
- Experience working with development teams preferred
- Experience in systems implementation, business analysis
- Certification regarding Automation Anywhere
Ability is work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts)
