We are seeking an experienced AWS Principal Software Engineer to join our AWS practice Managed Service's team. This is a fully remote opportunity based in the Philippines. TTEC is a global company that is 46,000+ employees strong. Together, we are transforming the world of customer experience by helping our clients design and deliver simpler, more effective, efficient, and human customer service experiences that inspire customer loyalty and boost company profits. As a technical member of the Managed Services team, you will maintain the AWS Practice’s designed solution for our clients. Maintaining the production systems will involve identifying and addressing issues the client is experiencing, building, testing, and deploying those changes to the client's system. AWS Engineers will work to refine the process of delivering projects by building internal tools, suggesting new methods for designing and building systems, and providing feedback to clients on issues they are experiencing. This is a permanent, fully remote position based in the Philippines. Candidates must be willing to work US business hours to support our global clients and operations.
