Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Active Directory Administrator (on-premise and cloud) to join our dynamic Site Reliability Engineering team. In this role, you will manage and maintain our Active Directory infrastructure, both on-premises and in Azure, and oversee our Microsoft Exchange and O365 environments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of our directory services and messaging platforms.

The role you’ll play

  • Manage and administer end-to-end Active Directory infrastructure, including on-premises and Azure Active Directory.
  • Maintain and optimise Active Directory services, including directory objects, group policies, OU structures, and user access controls
  • Manage GPOs and Azure Entra ID
  • Design, implement, and support integrations with third-party applications and systems.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Administer Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments, including mailbox management, email routing, and security configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Active Directory and messaging-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA, for Active Directory and messaging systems.
  • Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and testing for Active Directory and messaging platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration.
