About the Role MONTyMER is seeking a highly entrepreneurial B2B Sales Representative to work closely with the leadership team to deliver on company initiatives for Katalyst EMS Suits across the fitness, wellness, and performance industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building new verticals from the ground up, and has a passion for both fitness and technology.
The ideal candidate combines strong consultative sales skills with the ability to educate prospective partners on emerging wellness technologies, while helping shape go-to-market strategy in a rapidly evolving category.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
Identify and grow strategic accounts across the fitness and wellness ecosystem, including enterprise and boutique operators.
Drive outbound prospecting efforts while managing inbound partnership opportunities.
Educate and Evangelize the EMS Category
Lead product education initiatives to introduce EMS technology to prospective partners unfamiliar with the category.
Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for fitness operators, trainers, and wellness providers.
Serve as an external-facing brand ambassador, consistently representing KatalystEMS Suits in industry conversations, events, and partnership meetings.
Network Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Support partnership development efforts with major fitness and wellness brands, including organizations such as Lifetime Fitness, Remedy Place, and The Well.
Travel & Industry Engagement
50% Travel support demos, partnership development, events, and strategic meetings.
Represent the company at industry conferences, wellness events, and fitness activations.
Ideal Background
5+ years of progressive fitness industry experience selling into national accounts.
Strong background in fitness, technology, or ideally both.
Comfortable operating in fast-changing startup environments with evolving pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Strong presentation and demo skills with the ability to communicate complex wellness technology in a simple, engaging way.
Existing relationships within fitness, wellness, recovery, or performance industries are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with fitness technology, recovery technology, EMS, wearable devices, or connected wellness products.
Background supporting both B2B and B2C go-to-market initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build scalable processes.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary $80k to $100k plus Commission
Estimated On-Target Earnings $130k to $150k
