What You’ll Do
As a MomentMaker® you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help. You will:
Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat
Schedule appointments and share helpful information
Listen with empathy and find the best solutions
Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines
Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction
