Position: Bilingual Polish Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type:Contract Compensation:$40–$44/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Write expert-level prompts in Polish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
Work independently and asynchronously to evaluate and strengthen AI models handling sensitive topics in Polish.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Native or near-native fluency in Polish. Business-level written English.
A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Preferred
Based in Poland or the wider Eastern Europe region.
Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
