The Opportunity:
The individual in this position is primarily responsible for customer set-up, invoice creation and cash application for ACA’s clients. Also, this individual completes project reviews and reconciliations when there are questions about the individual project or client account.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and resolve escalation related to cash application and collections during business day hours.
- APS ownership from project creation down to invoicing
- Respond to daily revenue -related inquiries from various stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely information to support business decision
- Assist with financial operations related to acquisitions. Ensure seamless transition and integration of acquired entities into existing financial systems.
- Zendesk Ticket Escalations – handle and resolve tickets related to financial operation. Prioritize and escalate to ensure timely resolution.
- Process terminations in accordance with company policy and procedure
- Develop and maintain strategic partnership with Stake holders
- Work closely with the Sales AEs and CSMs to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- Minimum of two (2) years of billing experience, preferably in a consulting environment or where projects are required for customer accounts.
- Proven ability to perform client account reconciliations, including reviewing contracts and ensuring consistency with invoicing.
- Proven ability to be creative, self-disciplined and capable of completing critical tasks independently expeditiousl
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience with Deltek platform(s)
