What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a role that will handle each ticket with the Jira system, searching for blockchain on-chain data, comparing it with the internal database, investigating possible causes of reconciliation exceptions, and coordinating with engineers to resolve issues. The goal is to clear all tickets systematically within SLA and document the entire process.
What you'll work on:
- Handling each exception ticket in Jira
- Investigating possible causes of exceptions through database queries and using blockchain explorer tools
- Determining the cause of exceptions, coordinating with engineers to resolve issues, and updating the ticket with information.
- Maintaining a weekly work log and documents
- Organizing and providing relevant documentation to facilitate a smoother auditing process

What you’ll bring to Circle:
Required:
- Understand basic knowledge of blockchain, including the difference between wallet, token, transaction, and gas fee.
- Have basic database query skills
- Have experience with ticket system like Jira
- Process strong communication and coordination skills in English
Nice to have:
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, MacOS, and Google Drive
