What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our financial forecasting models. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to generate updates to our models and provide scenario analyses that will provide key insights to our leaders. You will also play a key role in putting together our quarterly analyses and forecasts for the board of directors for which our team works directly with the CFO to help craft the analyses and messaging.

What you'll work on:

  • Play a key role in updating and improving Circle’s long-range, three-statement financial model, providing insight into variances and drivers of our most important financial metrics including Ebitda, Net Income and Cash
  • Drive scenario analysis that will inform strategic decision making through a financial lens
  • Create and design monthly reports measuring the health of the company
  • Partner with stakeholders on ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Own entity level models
  • Create models needed for regulatory reporting or new licensing
  • Contribute to the implementation and use of forecasting tools
  • Engaging directly with cross functional stakeholders to understand our financial results, understand variances and improve our forecasts
  • Playing a key role in the creation of quarterly board of director and investor level financial presentations in direct collaboration with the CFO
  • Contributing to the evolution of Circle’s finance capabilities by being a key part of ERP and EPM implementation processes and actively seeking to improve finance processes across the organization.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • At least 2 years experience in financial modeling preferably at an investment bank, asset management firm or management consulting.
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP accounting standards and how the financial statements interact. Must have an ability to build dynamic three statement models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, using these tools effectively to create meaningful financial insights.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, innovative startup environment characterized by rapid change and evolution.
  • Ability to partner with cross functional stakeholders to deliver financial insights and improve understanding of financial results and forecasts.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-awareness, emphasizing a team-oriented approach that prioritizes client and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree, providing you with a solid academic grounding in finance and/or accounting.
  • Experience or familiarity with tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS. You are energized by the promise of blockchain technology.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $102,500-$137,500

Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
