Legacy Mutual Mortgage is an outstanding full service residential mortgage lender originating, underwriting and closing conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans. In business since 2005, we are dedicated to meeting the home loan needs of individual homebuyers while working with our real estate partners in Texas. • Review and QC Audit all new loan submissions to Operations from Production to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance of files.
• Review and QC Audit all Brokered loan submissions for funding to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance of files.
• Pipeline Management.
• Help facilitate the correction by Production Staff of all audited files.
• Oversee guidelines and regulation changes.
• Manage Policy and Procedure execution.
• Approve Timecards.

• 2 years college credit preferred and equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
• Management and Leadership Experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
• Proficient in DU/DO, LP.
• Knowledgeable in Compliance, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and Investor guidelines.
• Minimum Five (5) years of mortgage operations and production experience.
• Encompass experience a plus.
• Proven Problem Solver.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
• Proficient with major correspondent and wholesale channels and their guidelines, including their websites.
