We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Broker Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, sales, and the healthcare industry.
As a Broker Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and strengthen robust relationships with existing and potential brokers to foster loyalty and trust.
- Act as the main liaison for brokers, providing prompt and exceptional support for their inquiries and needs.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with brokers to understand their requirements, challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
- Pinpoint new business opportunities and work closely with brokers to drive sales and business growth for large businesses.
- Assist brokers in effectively presenting and promoting Reliance Health's products and services to their clients.
- Leverage broker relationships to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Offer thorough training and resources to ensure brokers are knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Help brokers navigate our systems and processes, ensuring a seamless experience for them and their clients.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by brokers efficiently and effectively.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps within the broker network.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activities to refine strategies and actions.
- Collect feedback from brokers to continuously improve our products, services, and overall support. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of broker interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
- Compile and present regular reports on broker performance, sales metrics, and market insights.
- Use data to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in relationship management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Previous work experience with brokers preferred
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and results-driven with a strong sales acumen.
