Business Analyst - LATAM:

As a Senior Business Analyst with blockchain experience, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying blockchain opportunities, and translating them into actionable requirements. - Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for blockchain integration.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.
- Develop and present business cases for blockchain projects, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain solutions.
What You'll Bring To Us:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Proven experience in translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Nice to have: Experience with specific blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
- Nice to have: Understanding of cryptography and security principles related to blockchain.
