Business Analyst - Client Reporting
As a Business Analyst specializing in Client Reporting & Client Reporting Quality Control, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of our client reports. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of healthcare data and reporting processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, streamline reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control reviews of client reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards, business rules, and client requirements. Identify and resolve discrepancies and data integrity issues.
- Reporting Analysis: Analyze client reporting requirements and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Data Verification: Validate data sources and methodologies to ensure the accuracy of reported metrics. Collaborate with data management and operational teams to resolve data quality issues and improve data collection processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the reporting lifecycle. Recommend and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client reporting.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, quality control procedures, and issue resolution protocols. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including data analysts, IT, and client services, to address reporting concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, with a focus on quality control and reporting. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Snowflake) and reporting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and reporting requirements is a plus.
