Client Success Manager

You are an integral role within the Client Success teamby enabling our clients to achieve their goals. You will work with ourclients to maintain exemplary service for the life of their partnership with us. You are responsible for implementing and servicing differentsegments building client loyalty and satisfaction. You will work closely alongside an Account Executive to build and maintains our relationship, understands our clients’ needs, ensure mutual value and partnership alignment and drive strategic growth.

Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, cultivate and manage the client relationship at multiple levels, serving as a healthcare consultant and trusted business advisor
  • Build relationships with consultants and brokers, recognizing the value they bring to our clients
  • Work closely with the Account Executive to manage upsells of new product lines and renewals of current clients
  • Effectively plan, negotiate and influence the interactions and relationships with clients, their brokers / consultants and internal team members to achieve strategic client goals
  • Responsible for value delivery to client including plan performance, account management and service results
  • Meet with clients semi-annually or quarterly or more often as necessary
  • Prepare, host and follow-up an annual planning session with the client
  • Create and clearly articulate the value story, trend drivers and tracking of solutions performance to the client

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working with clientsfor relationship management and consultation within health care benefits segment
  • 3-5 years of experience within employee benefits, benefits consulting/brokering or insurance industries
  • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills
  • Excellent messaging, positioning and presentation of information for client impact
  • Unparalleled project management skills - identify a goal and the steps needed; actively manage action steps to accomplish goal
  • Strong business and financial acumen; strong problem-solving, judgment and analytic skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
  • Prior success in a fast-growing organization
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to clients, Lantern headquarters (Dallas) and appropriate industry events.
